You cant beat free at cvs

My mom and i was in cvs this morning just like every monday morning when we saw this guy. He came up to us and said i noticed you dont have one of the free items in your buggyand that they have one more of the free glade items on the shelf if we would like it. I politely said no thank you we were wanting the free candle and will get a rain check. It must of been his first time because he said i didnt knw you could get rainchecks on the free stuff and went on to tell us that you have to get here early sunday morning to get the things you want all in first trip. This is the first time since seriously couponing that i have saw a guy couponing with his coupon binder. anyways after we checked out he started talking to us again about how cheap things are with coupons and deals and told us about a cvs that i completely forgot about that is pretty close to the publix we were headed to. Oh and we forgot our candle rainchecks because we were to busy talking about but ended up going to this other cvs anyway on our way to publix. This cvs had tons of the candles. I may end up going to this cvs first on monday mornings it seems that they have alot of things in stock. so thank you coupon guy for reminding me about the other cvs..lol

I wasnt gonna get the frebreeze luminary but i have been eyeing this since i first saw them and had a $4/$20 coupon i needed to use so it worked out and i still have just as many RR as when i went in because of all the coupons i used when i was getting full price back for items. I can honestly say i look forward to finding out what items cvs offers each week.

Mail Time

I opened the mail today and found more coupons both from vocal Point. one was for a free box of rice krispie cereal up to a $5.00 value and a few $1.00 off coupons and then the other coupon was for $2.50 off the new bounce dryer bar and a few $1.50 off coupons. There was also another favorite of my hubbys and son a couple 10% off coupons from bestbuy. what have you gotton in the mail lately.

Mail Time

I look forward to getting my mail each day and seeing whats inside coupons, freebies are always welcome. Today i got my last of 4 free coupons for a candy bar. You can check out how i got my free candy bar Here almost i got 6 coupons for Birds eye vegtables. All i did was contact the company by email and let them know how much i loved there product and told them how convinent their stemfresh product was for my family when we needed something quick to add with our meals. I just did this about a week ago and already got coupons. I wasnt even expecting anything really but i did read on one of my favorite blogs I am a Money magnet how she also contacted a company about there products and got coupons. How awesome is that by 1 simple email you get coupons. Im sure not all companys will send anything but it definately doesnt hurt to try.

New name

Some may have noticed that i have been changeing my blog name alot this week. I really havent decided what i wanted it to be yet so i am just trying out a few differnt ones. I want a name that best describes my frugal family. So Heres to finding that perfect blog name.

cvs saturday shopping watch those cashiers

I went to a few cvs this week in search of the electrasal tabs. I finally found 4 at one store today. I did get a rain check at the begginning of the week but new that my $2.50 coupons would expire tomomorrw. I ended up getting 4 boxes and 1 airwick refill. I noramlly dont buy these because they r so exspensive but i needed to purchase the cheapest thing to get this deal. I ended up getting 4 electrsal tabs and 1 airwick. Total = $21.00 and I used 4x $2.50 coupons paid $11.99 in ECB and got back $10.00 ECB Total OOP = $1.02. The guy at the register didnt say anything to me about haveing to round down my ECB and i should of been paying attention but instead of asking if it was ok he just round my 7.99 ECB down to 7.00 when all i would of had to do is add a cheap candy bar or two to the order. Normally my reg cvs cashier will say something or just add m&ms. I love my fav cvs cashiers that pay attention One of the reason i hate going to multiple stores. lesson learned though. PAY ATTENTION!!

I received a $10 of $10 coupon in the mail yesterday from jcpennys so be on the look out for this. I always get excited about these coupons for me its a cheap way to get my daughter a new pair of jeans or her a couple of free to cheap shirts when they are on clearance.
